Day 3: Ready. Set. Go.


When preparing yourself for any race, you have to ensure you properly train for the race. Any life goal you want to reach, you must put in the hard work and TRAIN. Remember the race is a marathon and not a sprint' to the finish line.

Today, I am reminded that in order for me to get back into the shape I was in 2014, I must put in the hard work and be patient. Slow and steady wins the race.

I'm at a slow start to my weight loss. But i'm getting there. This is me taking a hold of my life again. I'm ready to run this race.
