My favorite workout partner in the whole world
Lately, I have been slacking off on my workouts. The last couple of weeks, I was getting back into my groove of things and turning up the intensity notch. However...I have been stuck at a plateau for 3 months now. This ridiculous!!

I need to do something different. I am DETERMINED to lose that extra 30 pounds by the summer. I need to get re-focused on my dieting/nutrition. This is the year of NO EXCUSES.

Let's do this, baby!!
