Sticking Together
Day 73
Brandon and I went to Little Mulberry Park for our cardio workout today. He did most of the running...I'm out of commission this week, so I was unable to run. =(
While we were walking around the lake we saw groups of turtles basking. It was pretty interesting...I have never seen that before. It's pretty common for turtles to do that around this time of the year. It was neat to see a whole family of turtles sticking together just basking away in the sun.
This park brings back sweet memories for me and Brandon. When we first started dating, we would come to this park to go walking/running. I remember this one time, when he took me at the right time to watch the sun set over the lake. It was beautiful being able to share that experience with Brandon.
This was just a year ago. I can't believe that it has been one year since Brandon and I had our very first date. It felt like it was just a couple of months ago. Goodness! One year has past, and we are still sticking together...and going on strong.
